If the customer received a notification that their certificate is about to expire (or they would like to change the current one), the first step is to download the new certificate from NMVS.
With the download, they will also receive a certificate passphrase.
Once they have these, kindly follow the steps below:
- Login to Movilitas.Cloud
- Navigate to your Dashboard
- Select Channels tab
- Select the appropriate business channel that you would like to update
- Click on the Edit channel icon (small pen on the right side)
- Upload the new certificate and the passphrase ("Select certificate" and browse from your pc)
- Click on Save settings
Once these steps are done in order, the certificate should be updated.
