Call failed: [ERROR: The entered password is either expired or an initial password. Please renew your password.]

If it is error on scanning inside wholesaler app then it’s not user pass problem. It's NMVS channel problem and you need to reset pass in our User Interface for that channel.

Generate new password and update user password in Arvato System.
