The Serialized Logistics application stores all FMD scans by following the regulations. The Reports & Analysis application enables you to view the scans performed in the warehouses and to view the details of a specific scan.


Procedure


1. In the Reports & Analysis application, select FMD --> Scans. The application displays all the scans performed in the warehouses.


For each scan, the application displays the pack status by using an icon, the date and time of scanning, the response from the NMVS, the operation code from the NMVS, the operator who performed the scanning, and the warehouse where the scanning was performed.

2. Search for a specific scan by using the filters:

  • Set the search properties.
    • The supported search properties are the following: product code, serial number, batch, expiration date, operator email, warehouse name, or action.
    • For action, the supported expressions are the following: SINGLE_VERIFY | SINGLE_DISPENSE | SINGLE_SAMPLE | SINGLE_FREESAMPLE | SINGLE_DESTROY | SINGLE_EXPORT | SINGLE_LOCK | SINGLE_STOLEN.
  • Click the + button to add further search criteria. You can set a maximum of three properties.
  • Set the product code schema: GTIN or PPN.
  • Set the date range by using the datepicker.
  • Select the Only alerts toggle button to display only the scans that raised an alert.


You can reset the filter by clicking Reset filters.


3. Click Search. The application filters the list of scans based on the search criteria.


4. Click > (Expand) to view the details of a scan.


The provided information contains geolocation data, pack details, NMVS channel, operator, warehouse, device information, alert ID (if any), NMVS status of the pack, date and time, NMVS operation code, and NMVS transaction ID.


The following example illustrates the details of a scan by applying the filters below:

  • Batch
  • Serial number
  • Product code schema
  • Specific date range


The pack status is ACTIVE:



The following example illustrates the case when we are viewing the details of a scan that raised an alert. The following filters are applied:

  • Serial number
  • Product code schema
  • Specific date range
  • Only alerts button is ON
