The Serialized Logistics application stores all FMD scans by following the regulations. The Reports & Analysis application enables you to view the scans performed in the warehouses and to view the details of a specific scan.
Note: To access this page, the "Administrator" role is required.
Procedure
1. In the Reports & Analysis application, select FMD --> Scans. The application displays all the scans performed in the warehouses.
For each scan, the application displays the pack status by using an icon, the date and time of scanning, the GTIN, the batch, the expiration date, the serial number, the operator who performed the scanning, and the warehouse where the scanning was performed.

2. Search for a specific scan by using the filters:
- Set the search properties.
- Click the + button to add further search criteria. You can set a maximum of three properties.
- Set the product code schema: GTIN or PPN.
- Set the date range by using the datepicker.
- Select the Only alerts toggle button to display only the scans that raised an alert.
- You can reset the filter by clicking Reset filters.
To set the search properties, consider the following table:

Tip: Searching is also effective when giving a partial expression. For example, SINGLE_D or SINGLE_UNDO. |
3. Click Search. The application filters the list of scans based on the search criteria.
4. Click > (Expand) to view the details of a scan.
- Geolocation data.
- Pack data.
- NMVS channel that is used for connecting to the NMVS from Movilitas.Cloud.
- Operator.
- Warehouse.
- Device information.
- NMVS status of the pack (result).
- Alert ID and alert message (if any) from the NMVS.
- Date and time of the FMD scan.
- NMVS operation code.
- NMVS sub-return code and description (if any). Note: A sub-return code and description indicates a warning message from the NMVS.
- NMVS transaction ID.
- action that was performed.
The following example illustrates the details of a scan by applying the filters below:
- Batch
- Serial number

The pack status is ACTIVE:
