Wholesalers connect to the National Medicines Verification System (NMVS) of their country to verify the medicinal products.
Each country in the European Union has a National Medicines Verification System (NMVS) which is set up and managed by a National Medicines Verification Organization (NMVO). To find the NMVO operating in your country, visit https://emvo-medicines.eu/mission/emvs/#countries. To connect to the NMVS, contact the NMVO.
Once you have the credentials for connecting to the NMVS, you can set up Movilitas.Cloud to communicate with it. You set up a connection to the NMVS by creating a business channel with Arvato, SolidSoft, or Germany - NGDA source. The source you select depends on which of these is the NMVS service provider in your country.
Each NMVS has three environments. You will see these environments in the connection settings once you set up a business channel with one of the sources mentioned above.

| Integrated Test Environment | Environment for development purposes. Reserved mainly for service providers, like Movilitas.Cloud, who connect to the NMVS. |
| Integrated Quality Environment | Environment for testing purposes in connected pharmaceutical companies. |
| Production Environment | Live environment for actual daily activities in connected pharmaceutical companies. |
Note: The NMVO specifies the environment you connect to when you receive your credentials for the NMVS. Ensure to check the credentials for the right environment.
