The FMD Reports application enables wholesalers to create reports about the activities completed in their warehouses.
In the FMD Reports application, you can create reports about activities carried out in the Wholesaler FMD application towards the National Medicines Verification System (NMVS) providing that an FMD repository is set up for the tenant, that is, the data about the scanning activities are stored in a repository dedicated to the tenant.
FMD Repository
If an FMD repository is created for the tenant to store data about the scanning activities completed in the Wholesaler FMD application, you can schedule reports about the activities completed in a given warehouse or by a given operator. Marketing Authorization Holders (MAHs) can also schedule reports about the activities their connected third-party logistics (3PLs) completed on their behalf.
It is also possible to create an on-demand report by specifying a time frame in the report configuration.
You can send the scheduled reports to:
- Specific people by entering their email address in the report configuration.
- An FTP or an SFTP host by setting up an FTP channel or an SFTP channel and providing its details in the report configuration.
You can also find and download all previously generated reports under the Generated reports tab.
