The Movilitas.Cloud application enables Marketing Authorization Holders (MAHs) to connect to the EU Hub through the EU Hub channel.

Currently, the EU Hub channel can be used in the following applications:

  • Manufacturer for Pharma
  • Repacker FMD
  • Serialized Manufacturing (Demo only)

List of Procedures

For more information on the general channel actions, see Managing Channels for a Tenant (Overview).

Creating an EU Hub Channel

Procedure

1. Go to Movilitas.Cloud Console --> My tenants.

2. Select the tenant or click Open tenant next to it.

3. On the Tenant Dashboard, select the Channels tab. The application displays the list of channels assigned to the tenant.

4. Click the + icon (Create channel). The application displays the Create channel dialog.

5. Select Business channel as the type and click Create.

The application displays the Create Channel page with an empty form to give the basic parameters of the channel.

6. Enter a name for the channel and select EU Hub as the source.

7. Click Create Channel.

The application informs you about the additional costs. After confirming the creation, the application displays the Edit Channel page with:

  • A panel where you can provide the report email address and the MAHs.
  • A table for the EU Hub requests and EU Hub alerts.

Example:

8. Contact Movilitas.Cloud Support to set up the connection to the EU Hub.

Note: If your company does not have access to the EU Hub, you may need to go through a complex onboarding procedure. A proper setup is required to have a real connection to the EU Hub from Movilitas.Cloud. Depending on the application used in Movilitas.Cloud, if you specify an email address in the Report email field, Movilitas.Cloud sends the JSON report file to the specified email address. You can use the JSON report files to update the EU Hub manually through the Melior gateway.

Next Steps

Configure the EU Hub channel by giving the default MAH, other MAHs, and report email address.
