You can configure user data, change the email address, upload a user image, change the password, or delete the user from Movilitas.Cloud through Movilitas Mobile.

Configuring User Data


To configure your user data through Movilitas Mobile, follow the procedure below.


Procedure


1. Open Movilitas Mobile application and log in.

2. On the Dashboard, select the burger menu icon in the top-right corner of the screen.

3. Select Account settings. The application displays the User image screen.

4. Select User data icon at the bottom-left corner of the screen. The application displays the User data form.

5. Provide the user data in the form.

  • Email
  • Name (First Name)
  • Surname
  • Mobile phone number - We recommend you to enter the full phone number including country code.
  • Phone number - We recommend you to enter the full phone number including country code.
  • Street
  • Postbox
  • City
  • Country
  • Web application language
  • Mobile application language
  • Alert sound - ON/OFF


6. Tap Update User Data.

Changing Email Address


To change your email address through Movilitas Mobile, follow the procedure below. You need to reactivate your account with the new email address.


Procedure


1. Open Movilitas Mobile application and log in.

2. On the Dashboard, select the burger menu icon in the top-right corner of the screen.

3. Select Account settings. The application displays the User image screen.

4. Select User data icon at the bottom-left corner of the screen. The application displays the User data form.

5. Change the email address in the Email field.


6. Tap Update User Data.


The application informs you that you need to activate your account again with the new email address and asks your password for confirmation.

7. Enter your password.

8. Tap Confirm.

  • If two-factor authentication is deactivated, your email address is changed immediately. You are logged out and the application informs you that an activation email has been sent to the changed email address. Check your mailbox (also spam folder) for the email to reactivate your account.
  • If two-factor authentication is activated, you are prompted to give the six-digit code generated by the authenticator application.


9. (Two-factor authentication only) Enter the six-digit code generated by the authenticator application.

10. (Two-factor authentication only) Tap Confirm.


Your email address is changed. You are logged out and the application informs you that an activation email has been sent to the changed email address. Check your mailbox (also spam folder) for the email to reactivate your account.

Managing User Image


To manage your user image in Movilitas Mobile, follow the procedure below. 


Procedure


1. Open Movilitas Mobile application and log in.

3. Select Account settings. The application displays the User image screen.

4. Tap Change The Image and take a photo of yourself or select a photo from your device.

Changing Password


To change your password through Movilitas Mobile, follow the procedure below.


Procedure


1. Open Movilitas Mobile application and log in.

3. Select Account settings. The application displays the User image screen.

4. Select Password icon at the bottom-right corner of the screen. The application displays the Change password form.


5. Enter the old password and the new password.

6. Tap Update Password.

  • If two-factor authentication is deactivated, the password is updated and you are logged out immediately.
  • If two-factor authentication is activated, you are prompted to give the six-digit code generated by the authenticator application.


7. (Two-factor authentication only) Enter the six-digit code generated by the authenticator application.

8. (Two-factor authentication only) Tap Confirm.


The password is updated and you are logged out.


 Additional information about the password:

  • The password expires every 60 days.
  • The password can be renewed on this page or through the "Forgot password" functionality.
  • When the password is about to expire, Movilitas.Cloud notifies you by email. The email contains a password reset link.

Deleting the User Account


To delete your user account through Movilitas Mobile, follow the procedure below.


Procedure


1. Open Movilitas Mobile application and log in.

3. Select Account settings. The application displays the User image screen.

4. Select User data icon at the bottom-left corner of the screen. The application displays the User data form.

5. Tap Delete User at the bottom of the form.

6. Confirm the deletion by selecting Yes in the pop-up window.

Depending on the user role, the following applies:

  • If you have the Administrator role, the account is immediately removed from Movilitas.Cloud.
  • For a non-administrator role, the application displays a message that your account has been deactivated and you need to check your emails for further information. Movilitas.Cloud sends an email to you about the deactivation, and another email to the administrators of your tenant to confirm the account deletion. Your account remains in Movilitas.Cloud in Inactive status until an administrator confirms the deletion.
