Summary


The tenant uses a setup where the JSON files created during the repackaging process are sent via email. However, the user does not receive the JSON file via email.


Symptoms

No email with the JSON.


Resolution


If the user does not receive the created JSON file via email, the report email address in the EU Hub channel settings does not match the one where the user expects the file:


1. Open the EU Hub channel.


2. Change the email address in the Report email field in the settings.


3. Click Save Settings.
