In the unlikely event of scanning issues, you can debug scanning operations or send the data to Movilitas Support.
1. Log in to Movilitas Desktop application on https://desktop.movilitas.cloud/login.
2. On the Applications page, select the user profile on the top-right corner of the screen.
3. Select Debug. The application displays the Scan a pack! message.
4. Scan the pack. The application displays the data about the operation.
Example when a scan was successful:
5. Click Download JSON File and select a location for the file.
You can analyze the data yourself or send the JSON file to Movilitas Support.
