View the pick lists that are waiting for shipping in the Serialized Logistics application.
- Outbound external pick lists relate to shipments to clients.
Once a pick list is shipped, an outbound transfer is created and the pick list disappears from the Pickings view.
You can also verify the EPCIS file generation for a pick list before shipping to Bahrain or the UAE (Tatmeen). This is a quality check to avoid the situation when the EPCIS file cannot be generated for a released shipment.

- The pick list contains two containers and three stand-alone trade items, collecting nine trade items altogether.
- The EPCIS file generation was verified and the EPCIS file can be successfully generated after shipping (green checkmark icon).
Once the pick list is shipped, an outbound external transfer is created with the same purchase order ID under the Transfers --> Outbound external tab. The shipped pick list disappears from the Pickings --> Outbound external view.

Verifying the EPCIS File Generation (To Bahrain or UAE Only)
When the pick list is shipped to a client in Bahrain or the UAE (Tatmeen) and your tenant acts as a 3PL of the supplier (MAH) that provided the items, you need to generate an EPCIS file. To confirm that the EPCIS file can be generated, you can verify the pick list and the related configuration before shipping.
Procedure
1. In the Serialized Logistics application, select the Pickings --> Outbound external tab. The application displays the pick lists waiting for shipping.
2. Find and expand a pick list for the details.
Example:
3. Click Verify EPCIS. The application checks whether the EPCIS file can be generated for the pick list that is a potential shipment.
POSITIVE RESULT
System Response: Green checkmark icon in the EPCIS Verification column.
Description: The EPCIS file can be successfully generated once the pick list is shipped.
Example:
Note: If the content of the pick list changes, the verification status is reset. The green checkmark icon changes to Verify EPCIS button.
NEGATIVE RESULT
System Response: Error message.
Description: The verification result is negative, meaning that the EPCIS file cannot be generated. The application displays an error message.
Example:
Action: Identify the root cause, resolve the issue by completing the configuration in the application, and then, retry verifying the EPCIS. If you cannot complete the configuration in the Admin UI to resolve the issue, contact Movilitas.Cloud Support.
THE SYSTEM NEEDS THE COMPANY PREFIX OF THE SSCC
System Response: The Company prefix missing! pop-up.
Description: The application cannot determine the company prefix of an SSCC. Fallback to the company prefix in the supplier SGLN is not possible.
Example:
Action: Enter the company prefix length as the number of digits, verify the company prefix to be used in the pop-up, and click Confirm.
The application takes this company prefix for the rest of the concerned SSCCs without further interruption except for the case the application cannot determine the company prefix of the next SSCC. Finally, the verification is positive and the application displays the green checkmark icon.
