In the Serialized Logistics application, you can define the routes for your deliveries. A delivery is described in an IDOC Delvry file that is received from SAP ICH and is processed as part of an outbound order. The IDOC Delvry file can refer to a route and you must define all possible routes in the Serialized Logistics application before receiving the IDOC Delvry files.

Creating a Route
Procedure
1. In the Serialized Logistics application, select Site management --> Routes tab. The application displays the list of routes and the Create route panel.
Note: When viewing the details of a route, you can open the Create route panel by clicking Create.
2. Under the Master data tab, fill in the form as described below. The required fields are marked with an asterisk (*) in the form.

| Route name | Enter the name of the route. |
| Route tag | Enter the ID of the route that is included in the IDOC Delvry file. |
| Pack an order mode on outbound external orders is multi-case | If this route represents a delivery that contains multiple cases without a pallet (or without a known serialized pallet in Movilitas.Cloud), select this checkbox.
If you leave the checkbox cleared, the cases must be put on a pallet in the Pack an order mobile action. |
3. Click Save Route. The route is created and added to the list.

Searching for and Viewing a Route
Procedure
1. In the Serialized Logistics application, select Site management --> Routes tab. The application displays the list of routes.
2. Enter the route name in the search field.
- The list of the routes is filtered based on the search criteria.
- You can reset the filter by clicking Reset filters.
3. Select the route to view its master data on the Update route panel.

Updating a Route
Procedure
1. In the Serialized Logistics application, select Site management --> Routes tab. The application displays the list of routes.
2. Find and select the route in the list you want to update. The application displays the master data of the route on the Update route panel.
3. Under the Master data tab, modify the fields as needed.

4. Click Save Route.

1. In the Serialized Logistics application, select Site management --> Routes tab. The application displays the list of routes.
2. Find the route in the list you want to delete.
