The Movilitas.Cloud application enables Marketing Authorization Holders (MAHs) to connect to the EU Hub through the EU Hub channel.

The EU Hub channel can be used in the following applications and setups:

ApplicationSetup
Manufacturer for PharmaOne of the following:
  • Sending the requests from Movilitas.Cloud to the EU Hub.
  • Sending JSON report file to an email address. To update the EU Hub, the user can upload the JSON report file through the Melior gateway.

Movilitas.Cloud Support can activate one of them upon request.

Repacker FMD

One of the following:

  • Sending the requests from Movilitas.Cloud to the EU Hub.
  • Sending JSON report file to an email address. To update the EU Hub, the user can upload the JSON report file through the Melior gateway.

Movilitas.Cloud Support can activate one of them upon request.

Serialized ManufacturingSending the requests from Movilitas.Cloud to the EU Hub. Contact Movilitas.Cloud Support to set up the connection to the EU Hub.

The EU Hub channel can operate in both setups at the same time. For example, sending JSON report file to an email address for Repacker FMD and Manufacturer for Pharma while sending the requests from Movilitas.Cloud to the EU Hub for Serialized Manufacturing.

When using the Serialized Manufacturing application, it is possible to import master data from the EU Hub to Movilitas.Cloud.

Importing Master Data from the EU Hub (Serialized Manufacturing Application Only)

If the EU Hub already stores master data, you can import the data to Movilitas.Cloud and you do not need to register the products, the MAHs, and the contracted wholesalers (3PLs) one by one. This function reduces the time to populate Movilitas.Cloud with your existing master data. After the import, you can manage your master data in the Serialized Manufacturing application and on the EU Hub channel page.

Importing master data requires attention when you have already registered products, MAHs, and 3PLs in Movilitas.Cloud:

  • EU Hub is the single source of truth.
  • The application identifies the products, the MAHs, and the 3PLs that will be overwritten in Movilitas.Cloud by using the information in the EU Hub.
  • The products, the MAHs, and the 3PLs that cannot be identified are left as is in Movilitas.Cloud (no deletion). These objects might require adjustments from your side.

Note: The import function is restricted to the Serialized Manufacturing application.

Procedure

1. Go to Movilitas.Cloud Console --> My tenants.

2. Select the tenant or click Open tenant next to it.

3. On the Tenant Dashboard, select the Channels tab. The application displays the list of channels assigned to the tenant.

4. To search for an EU Hub channel, use the search field and the filters:

  • Enter the channel name in the search field.
  • Select the status.
  • Select EU Hub as the source.
  • Select Business channel as the type.

5. To view the channel information, click on the channel name or the edit icon (Edit channel) next to the channel. The application displays the Edit Channel page with the current channel settings, EU Hub requests, EU Hub alerts, and master data imports.

6. On the EU Hub settings panel, click Fetch Master Data.

System Response 1

If the EU market profile is not created in the Serialized Manufacturing application, the system offers automatic actions: the creation of the EU market profile, associating the EU Hub channel with the market profile, and proceeding with the master data import.

System Response 2

If the EU market profile is created in the Serialized Manufacturing application but the EU Hub channel is not associated with the market profile, the system offers automatic actions: associating the EU Hub channel with the market profile and proceeding with the master data import.

System Response 3

If the EU market profile is available in the Serialized Manufacturing application and the EU Hub channel is associated with the market profile, the system asks you to confirm the action because it overwrites the existing product data, MAH data, and 3PL data.

Note:

  • The application identifies the products, the MAHs, and the 3PLs that will be overwritten in Movilitas.Cloud by using the information in the EU Hub.
  • The products, the MAHs, and the 3PLs that cannot be identified are left as is in Movilitas.Cloud (no deletion).

7. Click Yes or Yes, Fetch Master Data, respectively.

  • The master data is fetched into a CSV file in the background and then the data is imported to the Serialized Manufacturing application and to the EU Hub channel.
  • The requests sent to the EU Hub are logged and listed on the EU Hub requests tab. To refresh the status, click on the Refresh icon in the top-right corner.
  • The import action is logged separately and is listed on the Master data import tab. Refresh the browser to verify the latest log and its status.
  • If the creation of the EU market profile is also part of the process but the creation fails for any reason, the application displays an error message. Create the EU market profile manually and associate the EU Hub channel with the market profile in the Serialized Manufacturing application. Then, retry the master data import on the EU Hub channel.

Next Steps

Verify the imported master data:

  • MAH data on the EU Hub channel page under the MAHs tab.
  • 3PL data under the Serialized Manufacturing application --> Site management --> 3PLs tab.
  • Product data under the Serialized Manufacturing application --> Products --> Products tab.

Red (Failed)The response from the EU Hub reflects an error or invalid request (status INVALID or ERROR).

Example - #A16 Missing National Code for market

The National code is required for the product but it is not provided while uploading the product master data. There is a mismatch between the data provided in Movilitas.Cloud and what is expected in the EU Hub.
A configuration detail is missing, a configuration detail is wrong, or you missed a step.

Find the root cause and make sure the configuration in Movilitas.Cloud is consistent and is in line with what is expected in the EU Hub.

For the mentioned example, provide the National code for the product under the Serialized Manufacturing --> Products --> Products --> EU countries tab, and retry the master data upload.

The resolution depends on the issue. You cannot fix the issue in all cases on your own in the UI. When it is necessary, contact Movilitas.Cloud Support.
Red (Failed)The connection to the EU Hub is down.

EU Hub is down.
Contact Movilitas.Cloud Support. You can still get the JSON content by expanding the request, copying the Data part, and saving it to a file.

The following example illustrates a successful commissioning request of ten packs (VALID and SUCCESS status in the response). The serial number of a pack was entered in the search field:
