Each successful scan for a delivery that you perform as a 3PL in a warehouse in the Serialized Logistics application is recorded. The Reports & Analysis application enables you to check the peak times of scanning for a day of the week. Select a warehouse and a day and the application displays a graph with hourly granularity per mobile action (station).
Note: To access this page, the "Administrator" role is required.
Procedure
1. In the Reports & Analysis application, select 3PL --> Peak times. The application displays the opening page and the current day of the week is selected.
Example:
2. Select a warehouse in the Warehouse drop-down and select a day of the week.
The application displays a graph with hourly granularity per mobile action (station). The following mobile actions (stations) are displayed:
- Validate picking - To validate picked case SSCCs.
- Pack an order - To build pallets.
- Packing - Orders - To add homogeneous pallets to the delivery.
- Packing - Items - To create mixed pallets.
The bar of the one-hour interval matching the actual time is highlighted in purple, the rest are displayed in blue.
Example:
3. Hover the mouse over a bar of a specific hour in a graph to see the value.
The application displays the average number of scans for that mobile action (station) at that hour on that day of the week over the last 12 weeks. When determining the number of scans, the application considers scanning the delivery ID and the items.
For example, if 20 delivery IDs and a total of 1180 items are scanned in the past 12 weeks on the selected day, then the total number of scans is 1200. By dividing it with 12, the average number of scans is 100.
