The Reports & Analysis application enables you to request inventory reports based on GTIN, batch, and inventory status. You can be up-to-date about the inventory in your warehouses at any time. The inventory is managed in the Serialized Logistics application.


You can download the inventory reports in CSV file format.


Note: To access this page, the "Administrator" role is required.

Requesting an Inventory Report


You can request an inventory report by specifying the filters:

  • GTIN (Optional).
  • Batch (Optional).
  • Inventory status.


If the GTIN or the batch is not specified, you can get the full inventory report for the selected status.


Procedure


1. In the Reports & Analysis application, select Inventory. The application displays the filters and the list of previously generated reports that are downloadable.

2.  (Optional) Select the GTINs in the Filter GTINs drop-down:

  • Enter a GTIN or a part of the GTIN in the search field.
  • Select the checkbox next to each applicable GTIN.
  • Clear the filter by clicking on the X icon on the right side of the drop-down.


3. (Optional) Select the batches in the Filter batches drop-down:

  • Enter a batch or a part of the batch in the search field.
  • Select the checkbox next to each applicable batch.
  • Clear the filter by clicking on the X icon on the right side of the drop-down.


4. Select the inventory status:

  • In stock (default) - Ready for assigning the item to a delivery.

  • Decommissioned - These items are made inactive. They are not available for trade.
  • Picked - Items that are assigned to a delivery but not yet shipped.
  • Shipped - These items left the warehouse. They are shipped to the client.


The following example illustrates the case when requesting a filtered inventory:

  • GTINs are specified.
  • Batches are specified. One batch is not visible in the preview.
  • The inventory status is "In stock".



The following example illustrates the case when requesting the full inventory of shipped items:



5. Click Get filtered inventory or Get full inventory as the application offers it to you.

1. Review the report in the Report section.
  • GTIN
  • Batch
  • Status
  • Count


2. Download the generated report in the Requests section. For more information, see Downloading an Inventory Report.

LargeThe application displays the following message:

Choose one of the following:
  • Click Close, refine the filters, and request the inventory report again. See this procedure.
  • Click Generate to generate the full inventory report. You can download the report as described in Downloading an Inventory Report.

*The application determines the inventory size and the offered services. The user does not have control over it.

Downloading an Inventory Report


You can download the generated reports in CSV file format in the Requests section.


Procedure


1. In the Reports & Analysis application, select Inventory. The application displays the filters and the list of previously generated reports that are downloadable.


In the Requests section, you can identify the scope of each generated report and the timestamp:

  • Inventory status - The requested inventory status.
  • GTINs without selected batch - The list of requested GTINs without batches. If the filter does not apply, the application displays a simple “/”.
  • Batches - The list of requested batches with the GTIN in brackets. If the filter does not apply, the application displays a simple “/”.
  • Create datetime - The date and time of report creation.
  • Number of batches processed - Number of batches processed / Total number of requested batches.

2. In the Requests section, find the report.

  • You can filter the reports by selecting the inventory status.
  • You can reset the filter by clicking Reset filters.

3. Click on the download button (Download CSV File) in the Action column.


4. Save the file to your local computer.
