Set up the Serialized Logistics for Pharma Reports application to create reports based on the data stored in the Serialized Logistics repository. You can create a repository for the tenant and set it in the Serialized Logistics for Pharma application and in the Serialized Logistics for Pharma Reports application.

Overview (Tabs)


You can configure and manage the Serialized Logistics for Pharma Reports application by configuring and managing the settings in the tabs explained below:


Audit Trail 


You can view the activities in the Audit Trail even if the Serialized Logistics repository is not set up for the tenant. The activities can be queried for a specific SSCC and global trade item number (GTIN) along with the serial number combination. The search results can be downloaded in a comma-separated values (CSV) file.


Schedule report


You can schedule the Serialized Logistics for Pharma reports based on a warehouse, an operator, channel, monthly, or even daily.


Generated reports


You can view all the scheduled reports that are generated in the application. You can search the generated reports by different criteria.


Settings 


You can configure the application-level settings.


Configuration and Operation Workflow



Before You Begin


You need to create a dedicated Serialized Logistics repository to store all your scans and to schedule Serialized Logistics for Pharma reports. You can decide to use the common repository of Movilitas.Cloud, but in this case, you cannot schedule reports. For more information on how to create a Serialized Logistics repository, see Managing Repositories.


If you want to store the generated reports on an FTP server, make sure that you have created an FTP channel for your FTP host. For more information, see Configuring an FTP Channel.



Procedure


1. Set the FMD repository under the Settings tab. For more information, see Managing Settings.


2. Schedule Serialized Logistics for Pharma reports under the Schedule report tab. For more information, see Scheduling Serialized Logistics for Pharma Reports and Creating Reports On-Demand.


3. Configure the Serialized Logistics for Pharma application, and perform scanning activities. For more information, check the respective category tile in the knowledge base.


4. In the Serialized Logistics for Pharma Reports application, analyze the scanning activities:
