You can view the activities completed on a specific pack or SSCC in the Serialized Logistics for Pharma Reports application.

Getting Audit Trail for a Pack
Procedure
1. In the Serialized Logistics for Pharma Reports application, go to the Audit Trail tab.
2. In the Type drop-down, select Pack.
3. Enter Product code and Serial number.
4. Click Get audit trail. You can view the list of transactions performed on the pack.
Select an item in the list to view the details of the transaction.
In the following example, the pack was aggregated into a container, then it was unpacked, finally, it was decommissioned. After selecting the first transaction, "pack", the application displays the details of the transaction on the right:
5. (Optional) To export the audit trail, click the Get audit trail CSV button and select a download location.

Getting Audit Trail for an SSCC
Procedure
1. In the Serialized Logistics for Pharma Reports application, go to the Audit Trail tab.
2. In the Type drop-down, select SSCC.
3. Enter the SSCC number.
4. Click Get audit trail. You can view the list of transactions performed on the pack.
Select an item in the list to view the details of the transaction.
In the following example, two actions were performed on the SSCC: "ship" and "receive". After selecting the first transaction, "ship", the application displays the details of the transaction on the right:
