Ship Products by Purchase Order (PO)
You can group medicinal products with a purchase order (PO) and ship them together.
Before You Begin
Make sure the administrator has assigned you as an operator to the Serialized Logistics for Pharma application and authorized you to ship products.
Procedure
1. Open the Serialized Logistics for Pharma application in Movilitas Mobile.
2. Choose Ship.
3. Select Ship By PO.
4. Scan the PO number or enter it manually in the Type PO number field.
5. Choose Confirm. The application displays the Shipping client and Shipping location fields.
6. Specify the shipping client and the shipping location.
7. Select Scan Item and scan the medicinal product, the pallet, or the box.
8. (Optional) Scan multiple items for a PO number by choosing the Continue Scan button.
Each item you scan is displayed in the list. To view the details of an item or remove an item, slide the item to the left and select Preview or Remove.
9. When scanning is complete, select Ship Items.
If the application displays a pop-up that SSCCs with different extension digits are scanned, choose an option:
- If you are unsure whether the correct items are scanned, select Back. You go back to the list and you can review the items. Different extension digits mean that you scanned different aggregation levels, for example, a pallet next to a case.
- If you are sure that the correct items are scanned even if the extension digits of the SSCCs are different, select Accept. A shipping order is created in Movilitas.Cloud.
If the application does not display a pop-up, it executes the shipping action, and a shipping order is created.
Note: The logic to detect different extension digits can be activated for the warehouse by the administrator.
