Summary


It is not possible to ship items to the client in the UAE because the manufacturing date for the batch is missing in Movilitas.Cloud. The manufacturing date is necessary to generate the EPCIS file reported to Tatmeen.


Symptoms

1. When verifying a picklist, the following error message is displayed:

Resolution


1. As an authorized user, select the Batch History tab in the Serialized Logistics application in the Admin UI.

2. Enter the batch in the field and click Get Batch History.


If the batch belongs to multiple products (aggregations), select the product from the drop-down list in the pop-up.


The application displays the batch history.

3. Enter the manufacturing date in the YYMMDD format in the Manufacturing date field.



4. Save the manufacturing date. The manufacturing date is displayed as a read-only field in the batch history.


IMPORTANT: After saving, you cannot edit the manufacturing date.

5. For aggregated products, make sure that you repeat the procedure across the full hierarchy.


6. If the manufacturing date is added to all products across the hierarchy, resume the shipping activity in the mobile application or verify the picklist in the Admin UI.
