In the Serialized Manufacturing application, you - as a Marketing Authorization Holder (MAH) - can manage all your contracted wholesalers (Third-Party Logistics - 3PLs).
List of Procedures
Creating a 3PL
As a MAH, register all the 3PLs that perform logistics on your products.
Procedure
1. In the Serialized Manufacturing application, select Site management --> 3PLs tab. The application displays the list of 3PLs and the Create 3PL customer panel.
Note: When viewing the details of a 3PL, you can open the Create 3PL customer panel by clicking Create.
2. Under the Master data tab, fill in the form as described below. The required fields are marked with an asterisk (*) in the form.

| 3PL Name | Enter the name of the 3PL. |
| EU Hub ID | Provide the ID of the contracted wholesaler (3PL) for the EU market (if any). The field is only available when the tenant has an EU Hub channel. |
| City | Enter the city where the 3PL is located. |
| Street | Enter the street. The form offers three rows (levels) for the street data. |
| State | Enter the state. |
| ZIP code | Enter the postal code. |
| Select country | Select the country. Start entering the country name to filter on the countries. |
3. Click Save. The 3PL is created and is added to the list.

Searching for and Viewing a 3PL
Procedure
1. In the Serialized Manufacturing application, select Site management --> 3PLs tab. The application displays the list of 3PLs.
2. Enter the 3PL name in the search field.
- The list of the 3PLs is filtered based on the search criteria.
- You can reset the filter by clicking Reset filters.
3. Select the 3PL to view its master data on the Update 3PL customer panel.

Updating the Master Data of a 3PL
Procedure
1. In the Serialized Manufacturing application, select Site management --> 3PLs tab. The application displays the list of 3PLs.
2. Find and select the 3PL in the list you want to update. The application displays the master data of the 3PL on the Update 3PL customer panel.
3. Under the Master data tab, modify the fields as needed.

Deleting a 3PL
Procedure
1. In the Serialized Manufacturing application, select Site management --> 3PLs tab. The application displays the list of 3PLs.
2. Find the 3PL in the list you want to delete.
