You can view the activities completed on a specific pack in the FMD Reports application.
Procedure
1. In the FMD Reports application, go to the Audit trail tab.
2. Enter the GTIN or the PPN of the product and the serial number of the pack.
3. Click Get audit trail. The system lists all the activities related to the pack.

4. Expand an item in the list to view all the details.
In the following example, we expand the item about a SINGLE_LOCK action:
5. (Optional) To export the audit trail for the pack, click Export to CSV button and select a download location.
