The following table lists the possible error responses during SSO login with resolution.

SSO login is blocked because this tenant is not in your enabled SSO tenants under user settings.The tenant is not selected in the Enabled SSO tenants drop-down in the user settings.See Managing Enabled SSO Tenants in User Settings.
Please enable SSO or update SSO settings on tenant to continue with authentication.The SSO identifier is invalid or the SSO is turned off on the tenant.Contact your tenant administrator. Clarify the following:
  • The SSO identifier given during the login process is valid.
  • SSO is set up in the tenant settings.


Once the above is clarified, retry the SSO login.

Invalid or expired request.Too much time passed before the successful authentication in the Identity Provider.Retry the SSO login. Authenticate in the Identity Provider as soon as possible.
Authentication failed. Your account is not active.Your user account is not active anymore (for example, it is inactive).Contact Movilitas.Cloud Support and involve your tenant administrator in the process.
Problem getting token from Identity Provider. Please check SSO settings under tenant settings.The client secret given in the SSO settings is not correct.Contact your tenant administrator. Clarify that the given credentials to connect to the Identity Provider from Movilitas.Cloud is correct in the SSO settings in the tenant settings.


Once the above is clarified, retry the SSO login.

User doesn’t exist.The authentication against the Identity Provider is successful, but your user does not exist in Movilitas.Cloud.Contact the administrator of the target tenant. The tenant administrator shall add your user (email address) to the tenant in Movilitas.Cloud.

Once you are added to the tenant, retry the SSO login.
Invalid user name or password (Authentication error on the Identity Provider login page.)Invalid credentials are given on the Identity Provider login page.Resolution outside Movilitas.Cloud. Possible resolutions:
  • Make sure that you entered the correct credentials of your account at the Identity Provider.
  • Reset password at the Identity Provider.
  • Contact your administrator at the Identity Provider.


Once fixed, retry the SSO login.
