By registering (executing) the process steps in the mobile application, the batch data is recorded for both the consumed and the produced products in the Genealogy application through the whole manufacturing process. The executed steps are recorded and listed in the Admin UI that the manufacturer can trace back.


Before You Begin


Make sure the administrator has assigned you as an operator to the Genealogy application and authorized you to register process steps.


Procedure


1. Open the Genealogy application in Movilitas Mobile.


2. Select Register process step.


3. Select a process step from the list.


4. Select a consumed product from the list and register the batch:

  1. Select Manual Input.
  2. In the Consumed batches for product pop-up, enter the batch and the quantity.
  3. To add a new batch, select Manual Input and repeat the previous step.
  4. To complete the registration, select Confirm.


5. Repeat the registration for each consumed product.


IMPORTANT: You can review the list of process steps by exiting the screen. However, if you exit the complete mobile action, your session is not saved and you need to restart the process.


6. Select Add Processed Products.


7. Select a produced product from the list and register the batch:

  1. Select Manual Input.
  2. In the Produced batches for product pop-up, enter the batch and the quantity.
  3. To add a new batch, select Manual Input and repeat the previous step.
  4. To complete the registration, select Confirm.


8. Repeat the registration for each produced product.


IMPORTANT: You can review the list of consumed products by exiting the screen. Also, you can review the list of process steps by exiting the screen that lists the consumed products of the current process step. However, if you exit the complete mobile action, your session is not saved and you need to restart the process.


9. Select Confirm Registration.


The executed process step is registered in the Genealogy application.


Next Steps


An administrator of the tenant can monitor the registered process steps in the Genealogy application, under the Production --> Executed steps tab in the Admin UI.
