Summary
The user cannot perform the operation because the serial has already been repacked.
Symptoms The application displays the error message: Serial can’t be added as it’s status is produced. |
Resolution
1. Check the history of the serial:
- Navigate to https://admin.movilitas.cloud/application/repacker/pack-history.
- Enter the GTIN.
- Enter the serial number.
- See the last status of the pack.
If the latest status is "produced", it means the serial is repacked.
2. To repack the serial again, do as follows:
- Perform the Receive goods action on the product.
- Use the Unpack action of our application.
Once this is done, you should be able to repack the serial.
