Summary


The user cannot perform the operation because the serial has already been repacked.


Symptoms

The application displays the error message: Serial can’t be added as it’s status is produced.


Resolution


1. Check the history of the serial:

  1. Navigate to https://admin.movilitas.cloud/application/repacker/pack-history.
  2. Enter the GTIN.
  3. Enter the serial number.
  4. See the last status of the pack.


If the latest status is "produced", it means the serial is repacked.


2. To repack the serial again, do as follows:

  • Perform the Receive goods action on the product.
  • Use the Unpack action of our application.


Once this is done, you should be able to repack the serial.
