If the customer faces the following message:
"Serial can’t be added as it’s status is produced. "
then it is most likely because the mentioned serial has already been repacked.
In order to rectify the issue, check the history of the serial:
- Kindly navigate to https://admin.movilitas.cloud/application/repacker/pack-history
- Enter GTIN
- Enter Serial number
- See the last status of the pack
If the latest status is "produced" than it means that the serial is in fact repacked.
In order to be able to repack the serial again, please follow these steps:
- First, kindly do the receive goods action with the product
- After, use the unpack feature of our application
Once this is done, you should be able to repack the serial.
