Resolution
The scanned serial is in "Scrapped" status. The serial was part of a previous printing order, and that printing order was deleted.
When a printing order is deleted, the assigned serials are put to "Scrapped" status, and the serials cannot be reused in the system.
To resolve the issue, perform the following:
1. Create a new printing order with the correct batch.
2. Print the new labels.
3. Repeat the repackaging process.
