Summary


The user wants to perform an FMD action in bulk, but the action fails because of an inter-market call towards the NMVS.


Symptoms

Bulk operations do not work, while single scanning operations work with individual packs.


The application returns the following error messages while scanning in bulk:

  • The product code is unknown.
  • No status indicator found.
  • No pack array found.


Resolution


The scanned pack is a multi-market pack. The product belongs to a country (NMVS) other than the local country (NMVS) to which the user connects through the associated warehouse.


For inter-market calls, NMVS and EU Hub support single transactions but not bulk transactions. To resolve the situation, do as follows:

  • Verify or decommission a single pack instead of doing it in bulk.
  • When executing an order in the Wholesaler FMD application, import the serials in a CSV file and set the flag CSV file may contain multi-country packs during the upload.
