The Wholesaler FMD mobile application enables users to carry out scanning activities in the warehouse:
- Enables users at a wholesaler or third-party logistics (3PL) to verify the packs they handle and also carry out status change and reactivation when necessary.
- Enables users to perform scanning offline when the Internet connection is limited in the warehouse. The items scanned offline are cached and once the device is connected to the Internet, the user can submit the requests.
Two modes of operation are available in the Wholesaler FMD mobile application: wholesaler and 3PL.
Note: The operation modes in the mobile application depend on how the Wholesaler FMD web application is configured.
Users in the warehouse can perform the following actions:
- Verify products
- Dispense products
- Decommission products that are:
- Destroyed
- Exported outside the European Union
- Sampled
- Provided as free samples
- Stolen
- Lock products
- Reactivate products
- View bulk actions
- View transactions (3PL only)
For these activities, the following options are available:
- You can scan and complete an action for a single pack.
- You can scan and complete an action for multiple packs. You'll see the results for each item in the list.
- You can scan packs and send them as a bulk action and see the results later.
- You can enter details about the pack manually.
- You can use an order to group the scans.

Actions and Options in 3PL Mode with Status Change over MAH
If the 3PL mode is used with the Status change over MAH setting, only the Scan Multiple Packs or the Scan Pack option is available. The users scan the packs and send requests to the MAH to complete the activity for the scanned packs. They can view the requests in the List of transactions.

Actions and Options when Scanning Offline with Movilitas Mobile
When Movilitas Mobile is installed on the device, the users can scan items offline on a site. The scanned items are cached in the application. The user can submit the requests after logging into the application once the device has a connection to the Internet again.
