You can reactivate one or more packs in your warehouse.

Note: You cannot reactivate destroyed and stolen packs.

This article collects all the possible "Reactivate" actions available in the Wholesaler FMD application:

  • Single scan
  • Multiple scans
  • Bulk scan

The available actions depend on the application setup. For more information, see Movilitas Mobile for Wholesaler FMD - Overview.

For all SolidSoft countries (connections), the status icon displayed for the transaction follows the RAG (Red Amber Green) traffic light color scheme promoted by Ireland. We would like to emphasize that the NMVS response determines which status icon (and color) is displayed and the guide from Ireland was followed during implementation. The icons (colors) indicate the level of attention required for that transaction. For more information, visit the IMVO website here.

For the Ireland connection only, a link to the corresponding IMVO Online Help article is also introduced whenever a transaction is performed. The guide from Ireland was followed during implementation. For more information, visit the IMVO website here.

Note: The procedures described below take the use case when the operator scans the items by using the camera of the mobile device.

  • For mobile devices with built-in scanners, the GUI buttons related to scanning may not be displayed and you need to press the physical button on the device to scan.
  • For devices with external (table) scanners, you can point the scanner to the barcode to scan and you can ignore the GUI buttons on the screen related to scanning.
