Please note that a lot of these are highly unlikely to ever be seen in actual use, but they are all plausible combinations.

Regarding the capitalized and non-capitalized states, capitalized states are what Movilitas.Cloud receives back from the NMVS (“UNKNOWN” is filled in when no state is returned). Non-capitalized states are states generated in Movilitas.Cloud.
