If the customer runs into the following error message:


 
It might seem that all of the serials provided could be are in "Scrapped" status.

Meaning that they were part of a previous printing order and that printing order was deleted. 

Please note that when a printing order is deleted, serials are put to status "Scrapped" and cannot be reused in our system. We also see that those serials that are in the screenshots, used to have a batch with expiration date XY which does not match.

The solution to the problem is:

  • Kindly create a new printing order
  • Print the new boxes 
Unfortunately, that seems to be the most viable solution at the moment, since the existing boxes that are in the status "Scrapped" cannot be reused.
