In the old version (2.5.0), we did not handle the operator privileges differently in 3pl. Since we fixed this issue, in the new version (2.6.8) the customer has to re-add the 3pl operations to the operator which they were using the mobile application with.
Below are the following steps needed to rectify the problem:
- Open the Movilitas desktop
- Kindly navigate to [customer] dashboard
- Open wholesaler app
- Navigate to the operators tab
- Select the user that you were using the Zebra device with
- Add the necessary privileges to the user
