How to get the FMD reports password to open Zip file?

That password is part of the configuration of each scheduled report, so they need to contact their local administrator who set up those reports in Movilitas.Cloud.
Each customer needs to download their own report.
Note: They must have a zip file opener and to unzip the file and the password. (MC doesn’t know passwords in FMD reports)
