On the SSCC management tab, you can supervise all the activities connected to an SSCC:
- You can create an individual SSCC and configure the order settings.
- You can search for an SSCC, track its status, and view its details.
- You can update the order settings of an SSCC.
- You can specify the non-serialized origin GTIN for SSCCs in In repackaging or Pending commissioning approval status.
- You can archive SSCCs that are in Received or Repacked status.
- You can release unused SSCCs, that is, set their status back to Available.
- You can delete SSCCs.
- You can print the SSCC barcode and use it for scanning purposes.

Creating an Individual SSCC
The company groups the medicinal packs it receives for repackaging in a case, pallet, or parcel, etc. To identify and keep track of these logistic units, SSCCs are needed.
To create your own SSCCs:
- Provide the SSCC number.
- Optionally, add a description.
- Optionally, give the number of packs to be grouped in the logistic unit identified by the SSCC.
Procedure
1. In the Repacker FMD application, select the SSCC management tab. The application displays the list of SSCCs and the Create SSCC panel.
Note: When viewing the details of an SSCC, you can open the Create SSCC panel by clicking Add new +.

2. Fill in the form under the Order settings tab on the Create SSCC panel, as described in the table below. The required fields are marked with an asterisk (*) in the form.

SSCC | Enter the SSCC number without the check digit at the end (17 digits). Once the 17 digits are entered, the Calculate check digit button becomes active. Click the button to calculate the last, 18th digit for the SSCC. |

3. Click Create. The SSCC is added to the list.

Searching for an SSCC and Viewing the Details
You can search for any SSCC, view its details, and track its status. For more information on the possible status changes, see Lifecycle of SSCCs in Repacker FMD.
Procedure
1. In the Repacker FMD application, select the SSCC management tab. The application displays the list of SSCCs.
2. Enter the number of the SSCC in the search field and/or select the status under Status.
- The list of the SSCCs is filtered based on the search criteria.
- You can reset the filter by clicking Reset filters.
3. Select the SSCC to view its details. The application displays the Update SSCC panel with the order settings.
The following example illustrates an SSCC that is in In receiving status, and one item has been scanned for it:

5. Select the SSCC barcode to get the barcode of the SSCC and to print it.
6. For SSCCs in In repackaging or Pending commissioning approval status, check the origin GTIN under the additional tab, Non-serialized origin GTIN.

Updating an SSCC
Procedure
1. In the Repacker FMD application, select the SSCC management tab. The application displays the list of SSCCs.
2. Enter the number of the SSCC in the search field and/or select the status under Status.
- The list of the SSCCs is filtered based on the search criteria.
- You can reset the filter by clicking Reset filters.
3. Select the SSCC to view its details. The application displays the Update SSCC panel with the order settings.
4. When applicable, update the description and the target amount, as needed.
5. Click Update. The settings are updated.
When performing repackaging in Movilitas Desktop, the system automatically detects if the non-serialized origin GTIN is missing and it informs you to fill it in. Continue with the next step only in the case you need to specify the non-serialized origin GTIN.
6. (Optional) For SSCCs in In repackaging or Pending commissioning approval status, if the non-serialized origin GTIN is not stored in the system yet, select the Non-serialized origin GTIN tab, and enter the GTIN.
Note:
- A non-serialized origin GTIN can also be specified on the Check Quality screen in the Movilitas Desktop application.
- You can also specify the non-serialized origin GTIN for the new product code under the Manufacturer for Pharma application --> GTINs tab, and in this case, the origin GTIN is stored across all relevant Movilitas.Cloud applications.
7. Click Save.

Archiving an SSCC
You can archive SSCCs that are in Received or Repacked status.
Procedure
1. In the Repacker FMD application, select the SSCC management tab. The application displays the list of SSCCs.
2. Under Status, select Received or Repacked and clear all other statuses. Enter the number of the SSCC in the search field.
- The list of the SSCCs is filtered based on the search criteria.
- You can reset the filter by clicking Reset filters.

3. Click Archive SSCC and confirm the action. The SSCC is archived.

Printing an SSCC label
Procedure
1. In the Repacker FMD application, select the SSCC management tab. The application displays the list of SSCCs.
2. Enter the number of the SSCC in the search field and/or select the status under Status.
- The list of the SSCCs is filtered based on the search criteria.
- You can reset the filter by clicking Reset filters.
3. Select the SSCC to view its details. The application displays the Update SSCC panel with the order settings.

4. Select the SSCC barcode tab. The application provides a barcode preview and the Print button.

5. To print the SSCC label, click Print. The label is printed on the printer that is set for the application under the Settings tab.
You can also scan the barcode by using the barcode preview.

Releasing Unused SSCCs
After selecting an SSCC for receiving or repacking goods, the SSCC status automatically goes to In receiving or In repackaging status, even if the operator has not scanned an item for the SSCC yet. This can result in multiple occupied SSCCs that are not in Available status anymore but still do not have scanned items.
The Repacker FMD application enables you to release all the SSCCs that are in In receiving or In repackaging status but have no scanned items. After releasing the SSCCs, their status is Available again. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that no one is working on these SSCCs before releasing them.
Procedure
1. In the Repacker FMD application, select the SSCC management tab. The application displays the list of SSCCs.
2. On the SSCCs panel, click Release unused SSCCs. The application displays a confirmation window.
3. Confirm that no one is working on any of these SSCCs by clicking Yes. The SSCCs are released and are in Available status again.

Deleting an SSCC
You can delete an SSCC in status In receiving or In repackaging.
Procedure
1. In the Repacker FMD application, select the SSCC management tab. The application displays the list of SSCCs.
2. Under Status, select In receiving or In repackaging and clear all other statuses. Enter the number of the SSCC in the search field.
- The list of the SSCCs is filtered based on the search criteria.
- You can reset the filter by clicking Reset filters.

3. Click Delete SSCC and confirm the action. The SSCC is removed from the list.
