After you installed Movilitas Mobile, registered an account, and logged in to Movilitas Mobile, you need to select a customer.


You have three options:

Adding a public customer

With the add public customer option, you can add yourself as a user to a customer that is already registered in Movilitas.Cloud. A customer becomes public if its administrator enables public registration over mobile.

Creating a new customer

You can create a customer from scratch. You are the administrator of every customer you create.

Changing the current customerYou can change the customer.

Adding a Public Company in Movilitas Mobile


Note: To perform this procedure, the administrator of the company must activate the public registration over mobile.


Procedure


1. Open Movilitas Mobile application.

2. On the Dashboard, select the menu icon on the top-right corner of the screen.

3. Select Select customer. The application displays the Select active customer screen.


Example when a customer has been selected previously:



4. Tap Add Public Customer.

5. Select the customer you want to join.

A request is sent to the administrator of the customer. The administrator has to approve your request to join.


6. Once your request is approved, select the customer under My customers on the Select active customer screen.

7. Tap Set Active Customer.

Creating a New Customer in Movilitas Mobile



Procedure


1. Open Movilitas Mobile application.

2. On the Dashboard, select the menu icon on the top-right corner of the screen.

3. Select Select customer. The application displays the Select active customer screen.


Example when a customer has been selected previously:



4. Tap Create New Customer.

5. On the Create customer screen, provide the details of the company. 



6. Tap Create.

7. On the Select active customer screen, select the customer from the drop-down under My customers.

8. Tap Set Active Customer.
