After you installed Movilitas Mobile, registered an account, and logged in to Movilitas Mobile, you need to select a tenant.
There are four scenarios:
Scenario | Description |
---|---|
Selecting a tenant for the first time | If a tenant is not selected in the mobile application yet, the application prompts you to choose a tenant after login. |
Adding a public tenant | With the Add Public Tenant option, you can add yourself as a user to a tenant that is already registered in Movilitas.Cloud. A tenant becomes public if its administrator enables public registration over mobile. |
Creating a new tenant | You can create a tenant from scratch. You are the administrator of every tenant you create. |
Changing the current tenant | You can change the tenant. |

Selecting a Tenant for the First Time
Procedure
1. Open Movilitas Mobile application. On the Dashboard, the application notifies you that no tenant is selected.

2. Tap Select tenant. The application displays the Select active tenant screen.

3. Select the drop-down under My tenants and select a tenant in the pop-up window.

4. Tap OK. The application displays the Select active tenant screen again with the selected tenant.

5. Tap Set Active Tenant.
You are redirected to the Dashboard (home) screen and the tenant name is displayed.

Adding a Public Company in Movilitas Mobile
Note: To perform this procedure, a tenant administrator must activate the public registration over mobile.
Procedure
1. Open Movilitas Mobile application.
2. On the Dashboard, select the menu icon on the top-right corner of the screen.

3. Select Select tenant from the menu options.
Example:
The application displays the Select active tenant screen.
Example:
4. Tap Add Public Tenant. The application displays the list of public tenants.
Example:
5. Select the tenant you want to join. Use the search field to find the tenant you need.
A request is sent to the tenant administrator. The administrator has to approve your request to join.
6. Once your request is approved, select the tenant under My tenants on the Select active tenant screen.
7. Tap Set Active Tenant.

Procedure
1. Open Movilitas Mobile application.
2. On the Dashboard, select the menu icon on the top-right corner of the screen.
3. Select Select tenant from the menu options.

4. Tap Create New Tenant.
5. On the Create tenant screen, provide the details of the company.
6. Tap Create.
7. On the Select active tenant screen, select the tenant from the drop-down under My tenants.
8. Tap Set Active Tenant.
