This procedure describes the login process to Movilitas Desktop.


Log in to Movilitas Desktop to perform scanning activities on the sites.


Before You Begin


Ensure that you performed the registration process and you have an account to log in to Movilitas Mobile. You need to have the Mobile user property activated for your account in the Administrator UI.


If two-factor authentication is activated for your user account, make sure that you have associated your user account with the authenticator application. The authenticator application generates the one-time password.


Procedure


1. Open the Movilitas Desktop through https://desktop.movilitas.cloud/login. You will see the following login page:



2. Enter your email and password.


In case you have forgotten your password, tap Forgot Password to reset your password. You are redirected to a page where you can initiate the password reset as described in Resetting Password.


3. Click Login.


If two-factor authentication is activated for your user account, the application asks you to enter the one-time password generated by the authenticator application.

4. (Two-factor authentication only) Enter the six-digit code generated by the authenticator application.


5. (Two-factor authentication only) Click Confirm.


After a successful login, the application displays:

  • You can see the currently selected customer on the top of the page.
  • The list of applications assigned to you.
