OMS Cloud (Order Management Station Cloud) is a regulatory system in Kazakhstan interacting with manufacturers that serialize pharmaceutical products for the Kazakhstani market.
OMS Cloud:
- Provides crypto codes to the manufacturers for their serial numbers.
- Receives utilization reports about crypto codes from the manufacturers.
The channel can be used with the following Movilitas.Cloud application:

Configuring an OMS Cloud Channel
Before You Begin
Make sure that:
- You have the OMS Cloud credentials (OMS Id and authorization token).
- You have the OMS Cloud certificate and related passphrase.
Procedure
1. Go to Movilitas.Cloud Console --> My tenants.
2. Select the tenant or click Open tenant next to it.
3. On the Tenant Dashboard, select the Channels tab. The application displays the list of channels assigned to the tenant.
4. Depending on your setup, create an OMS Cloud channel or modify an existing one. Follow one of the procedures described in the table below.

5. Provide the OMS Cloud channel settings as explained in the table below. All fields are required.

Select Certificate | Upload a valid certificate for user authentication. Click on the button and select the certificate file on your computer. Note: It is mandatory to upload a certificate. |
6. Click Save Settings.
7. (Optional) If needed, change the name of the channel and click Save Channel.

Viewing OMS Cloud Logs
You can view all the messages sent to and coming from OMS Cloud.
You can filter the logs based on their status and action types, as described in the table below.

Action type | You can filter the logs based on their action type, and you can select multiple action types. By default, all the action types are displayed. Movilitas.Cloud logs the following actions:

Procedure
1. Go to Movilitas.Cloud Console --> My tenants.
2. Select the tenant or click Open tenant next to it.
3. On the Tenant Dashboard, select the Channels tab. The application displays the list of channels assigned to the tenant.
4. Find the OMS Cloud channel. Use the search field and the filters:
- Enter the channel name in the search field.
- Select the status.
- Select OMS-Cloud (Order Management Station - Cloud) as the source.
- Select Regulatory channel as the type.
5. To view the OMS Cloud channel information, click on the channel name or the edit icon (Edit channel) next to the channel. The application displays the OMS Cloud settings and the OMS Cloud logs.

6. In the OMS Cloud logs section, review the logs. The application displays the action related to the log, the status of the action, and the date and time when the action was executed.
- Filter the logs by selecting the status and the action types in the corresponding drop-down.
- You can reset the filters by clicking Reset filters.
- Sort the logs in ascending or descending order based on Status or Sent Datetime.
- To see the latest logs and status, click on the Refresh icon in the top-right corner.
7. Expand a log for further details by clicking the > (Expand) icon on the left.
The application displays the details of the request and the response.
In the following example, we are filtering on all successful logs having the action type Create marking code emission order. Then, we are expanding an action for the details:
