Summary
Scanning in the mobile application for Wholesaler FMD is blocked due to an expired or initial password in the NMVS (Arvato).
Symptoms The application displays the following error message in the mobile application: The entered password is either expired or an initial password. Please renew your password. |
Resolution
1. Open the Arvato NMVS business channel used for your warehouse.
The application displays the following message in the business channel settings: Settings are not OK and NMVS is not connected.
2. Enter or generate a new password and select the Update user password in Arvato System checkbox.
3. Save the settings.
4. Check the connection by clicking Check Arvato Settings.
If the application displays Settings are OK and NMVS is connected, it is possible to scan in the mobile application.
5. (Optional) Activate password auto-renewal in the NMVS (Arvato) from Movilitas.Cloud by selecting the Automatically renew user password checkbox and save the settings.
With password auto-renewal, you don't need to take care of password management.
