MDLP is a Russian serialization and traceability regulation body that stores and maintains the data of the prescribed medicinal products in its system. The Movilitas.Cloud application helps in creating an MDLP Foreign channel to establish a connection to the MDLP system so that the foreign manufacturers can report the product information (document) to the MDLP system.


With this channel, you can associate as the foreign entity to connect to the system. The document is sent to the MDLP system through the MDLP Foreign channel either by using the Manufacturer API or manually from the channel settings screen. The Movilitas.Cloud application automatically checks the status of the processing document in the MDLP system and when the response such as the document ID and the status of the document is ready, the response is stored in the application.


Also, setting MDLP Foreign channel is a prerequisite for connecting to the CRPT OMS system (CRPT - Advanced Technology Development Center in Russia, OMS - Order Management Station).


Currently, the MDLP domestic channel can be used in the following applications:

Configuring an MDLP Foreign Channel


Procedure


1. Go to Movilitas.Cloud Console --> My tenants.

2. Select the tenant or click Open tenant next to it.

3. On the Tenant Dashboard, select the Channels tab. The application displays the list of channels assigned to the tenant.



4. Depending on your setup, create a new MDLP Foreign channel or modify an existing one. Follow one of the procedures described in the table below.


#Create a ChannelModify an Existing Channel
4.1Click the + icon (Create channel). The application displays the Create channel dialog.

To search for an MDLP Foreign channel, use the search criteria field and the filters:

  • Enter the channel name in the search criteria field.
  • Select the status.
  • Select MDLP Foreign as the source.
  • Select Business channel as the type.
4.2Select Business channel as the type and click Create.

The application displays the Create Channel page with an empty form to give the basic parameters of the channel.		To view the channel information, click on the channel name or the edit icon (Edit channel) next to the channel.

The application displays the Edit Channel page with the current channel settings and documents.
4.3Enter a name for the channel and select MDLP Foreign as the source.N/A

Click Create Channel.


The application informs you about the additional costs. 


After confirming the creation, the application displays the Edit Channel page with:

  • A form where you can provide the connection details for the channel.
  • The empty documents panel where you can view the documents and send documents manually.

5. Provide the settings for the MDLP Foreign channel as explained in the table below:

7. (Optional) If needed, change the name of the channel and click Save Channel.

Managing Outgoing Documents


You can view the messages sent over the Manufacturer API to the MDLP system and take the necessary actions.


Procedure


1. Go to Movilitas.Cloud Console --> My tenants.

2. Select the tenant or click Open tenant next to it.

3. On the Tenant Dashboard, select the Channels tab. The application displays the list of channels assigned to the tenant.

4. Find the MDLP Foreign channel by using the search field and the filters.

  • Enter the channel name in the search criteria field.
  • Select the status.
  • Select MDLP Foreign as the source.
  • Select Business channel as the type.


5. To view the channel information, click on the channel name or the edit icon (Edit channel) next to the channel. The application displays the Edit Channel page with the current channel settings and documents. 


6. On the Documents panel, select the View outgoing documents tab (displayed by default). The application displays the list of outgoing documents.

7. Select Auto refresh to automatically refresh the list of the documents and the status.


8. Search for a document. 

  • Select the data type and enter the value in the search field based on the selected data type.
  • Apply the status filter.


In the following example, we are searching for a document based on the document ID:




9. Check the details of the document and take the necessary action.

  • Expand the document by clicking the > icon.
  • If the status of the document is Error, resolve the error and send the document again by clicking the Send document again icon under the Action column.
  • Download the document by clicking the Download document icon under the Action column.
  • Download the document ticket by clicking the Download document ticket icon under the Action column.

Viewing Incoming Documents


You can view the messages received from the MDLP system.


Procedure


1. Go to Movilitas.Cloud Console --> My tenants.

2. Select the tenant or click Open tenant next to it.

3. On the Tenant Dashboard, select the Channels tab. The application displays the list of channels assigned to the tenant.

4. Find the MDLP Foreign channel by using the search field and the filters.

  • Enter the channel name in the search criteria field.
  • Select the status.
  • Select MDLP Foreign as the source.
  • Select Business channel as the type.


5. To view the channel information, click on the channel name or the edit icon (Edit channel) next to the channel. The application displays the Edit Channel page with the current channel settings and documents. 


6. On the Documents panel, select the View incoming documents tab. The application displays the list of incoming documents.

7. Search for a document by selecting the data type and entering the value in the search field based on the selected data type.


In the following example, we are searching for a document with Doc type = 607:



8. Check the details of the document.

  • Expand the document by clicking the > icon.
  • Download the document by clicking the Download document icon under the Action column.

Sending Documents Manually

You can enter the XML and send messages manually to the MDLP system.


Procedure


1. Go to Movilitas.Cloud Console --> My tenants.

2. Select the tenant or click Open tenant next to it.

3. On the Tenant Dashboard, select the Channels tab. The application displays the list of channels assigned to the tenant.

4. Find the MDLP Foreign channel by using the search field and the filters.

  • Enter the channel name in the search criteria field.
  • Select the status.
  • Select MDLP Foreign as the source.
  • Select Business channel as the type.


5. To view the channel information, click on the channel name or the edit icon (Edit channel) next to the channel. The application displays the Edit Channel page with the current channel settings and documents.


6. On the Documents panel, select the Send document manually tab. The application displays an editor window to include the XML document.

7. Enter the XML info and click Send Document Manually.
