The Code Order Management Station (OMS) is the track and trace system in Uzbekistan that provides crypto codes upon request from manufacturers that serialize pharmaceutical products for the Uzbekistanian market.

Configuring a Code OMS Channel


Before You Begin


Make sure that:

  • You have the Code OMS credentials (OMS Id and authorization token).
  • You have the Code OMS certificate and related passphrase.


Procedure


1. Go to Movilitas.Cloud Console --> My tenants.

2. Select the tenant or click Open tenant next to it.

3. On the Tenant Dashboard, select the Channels tab. The application displays the list of channels assigned to the tenant.



4. Depending on your setup, create a Code OMS channel or modify an existing one. Follow one of the procedures described in the table below.

4.1Click the + icon (Create channel). The application displays the Create channel dialog.

To search for a Code OMS channel, use the search criteria field and the filters:

  • Enter the channel name in the search criteria field.
  • Select the status.
  • Select Code Order Management Station as the source.
  • Select Regulatory channel as the type.
4.2Select Regulatory channel as the type and click Create.

The application displays the Create Channel page with an empty form to give the basic parameters of the channel.
To view the channel information, click the edit icon (Edit channel) next to the channel.

The application displays the Edit Channel page with the current channel settings.
4.3Enter a name for the channel and select Code Order Management Station as the source.N/A

Click Create Channel.


The application informs you about the additional costs. After confirming the creation, the application displays the Edit Channel page with a form where you can provide the connection details for the channel.

5. Provide the Code OMS channel settings as explained in the table below. All fields are required.

Select CertificateUpload a valid certificate for user authentication. Click on the button and select the certificate file on your computer.

Note: It is mandatory to upload a certificate.


6. Click Save Settings


7.  (Optional) If needed, change the name of the channel and click Save Channel.

Viewing Code OMS Logs


You can view all the messages sent to and coming from Code OMS.


You can filter the logs based on their status and action types, as described in the table below.

StatusYou can filter the logs based on their status:
  • All (Default) - Displays all the actions.
  • Successful - Displays only the actions that were successfully processed. 
  • Failed - Displays only the actions that failed in Code OMS.
Action type

You can filter the logs based on their action type, and you can select multiple action types. By default, all the action types are displayed.


Movilitas.Cloud supports the following actions:

  • Check OMS Availability - Checks the availability of the Code OMS system.
  • Create marking code emission order - Creates an order to request crypto codes (marking codes) from the Code OMS system.
  • Get a status of MC array from the order - Requests the status of the order.
  • Obtain MC from the order - Obtains crypto codes.
  • Send Report on MC Utilization - Sends utilization report about the crypto codes to the Code OMS system whenever commissioning is performed. 



Procedure


1. Go to Movilitas.Cloud Console --> My tenants.

2. Select the tenant or click Open tenant next to it.

3. On the Tenant Dashboard, select the Channels tab. The application displays the list of channels assigned to the tenant.

4. Find the Code OMS channel. Use the search field and the filters:

  • Enter the channel name in the search field.
  • Select the status.
  • Select Code Order Management Station as the source.
  • Select Regulatory channel as the type.


5. To view the Code OMS channel information, click the edit icon (Edit channel) next to the channel. The application displays the Code OMS settings and the Code OMS logs.


6.  In the Code OMS logs section, review the logs. The application displays the action related to the log, the status of the action, and the date and time when the action was executed. 

  • Filter the logs by selecting the status and the action types in the corresponding drop-down.
  • You can reset the filters by clicking Reset filters.
  • Sort the logs in ascending or descending order based on Status or Sent Datetime.
  • To see the latest logs and status, click on the Refresh icon in the top-right corner.


7. Expand a log for further details by clicking the > (Expand) icon on the left.


The application displays further information, including the details of the request and the details of the response, respectively.
