The Printing option enables you to preprint simplified SSCC labels or reprint an SSCC label.

Preprinting a Label


You can preprint an initial SSCC label, for example, to build a new pallet.


Before You Begin


The administrator must do the following:

  • Assign you as an operator in the Serialized Logistics for Agro application and authorized you to print labels.
  • Assign you to a warehouse, where optionally an SAP AII channel is set for the warehouse.


Procedure


1. Open the Serialized Logistics for Agro application in Movilitas Mobile.

2. Select Print. The application displays the following  options:

  • Preprint
  • Reprint

3. Select Preprint. The application displays the Preprint page where you can add the number of labels you need.

4. Enter the number of labels.

5. Tap Preprint. The system assigns SSCCs from the pool, and the SSCC labels are printed on the printer assigned to you. The format of the labels follows the preprinting template set for your warehouse.

Reprinting a Label


You can reprint an SSCC label for any reason. For example, when an SSCC label gets damaged during a logistics operation, you need to replace it.


Before You Begin


The administrator must do the following:

  • Assign you as an operator in the Serialized Logistics for Agro application and authorized you to print labels.
  • Assign you to a warehouse, where optionally an SAP AII channel is set for the warehouse.


Procedure


1. Open the Serialized Logistics for Agro application in Movilitas Mobile.

2. Select Print. The application displays the following  options:

  • Preprint
  • Reprint

3. Select Reprint. The application displays the Reprint page where you can add the item details for which you want to reprint the label.

4. Select a way to reprint the label:

  • If the label is still scannable, select Scan Child or SSCC and scan a pack from the container or the label having the SSCC.
  • Select Manual Input and enter the label details (SSCC or Pack SGTIN), and tap Confirm. For manual input, follow the GS1 standard. The application displays simple guides, for example, the Application Identifier (AI) of each parameter in brackets and the allowed number of characters. When entering dates, use the YYMMDD format.

5. Tap Reprint. The application sends a request to SAP. The SAP system provides all the required details and the SSCC label is printed on the printer assigned to you. The format of the labels follows the reprinting template set for your warehouse.
