- Troubleshooting steps:
Review the logs to determine if the system of Movilitas has sent the email
Review the number of times and how many seconds it took to generate the email.
Search for the customer using the “Manage Costumers” menu. Review the customer’s dashboard to determine if the added email address is in the pending state.
